Download as Word

In Google Docs, choose File > Download > Microsoft Word (.docx).

Import into Mana

Use Word import from the content tree New menu.

In Pages, choose File > Export To > Word.

Export as Markdown

In Notion, use Export and choose Markdown & CSV.

Extract the export

Notion downloads a ZIP archive. Extract it to access the exported .md files.

Import the Markdown files

Use Markdown import for each .md file you want to bring into Mana.

Scrivener

Compile or export the sections you want to move as .docx or .md, then import each file into Mana.
For large projects, import chapters or sections separately. You can then organize them with folders in the content tree.
