# Items

> Track objects, artifacts, and important things.

Items are Atlas entries for objects that matter to the project.

Use them for artifacts, weapons, documents, tools, evidence, heirlooms, technologies, or symbolic objects.

## Create an item

    Go to **Atlas** in your project.

    Use the Items section in the Atlas tree.

    Add an item, then write its description and upload an image if useful.

## What items support

Items support:

* Name
* Description sections
* Image
* Folders and drag-and-drop organization in the Items tree

Items do not have custom attributes or chat.
